All pets are a joy to have, to nurture and training rottweiler puppies is a commitment similar to that of raising a baby. However, to have a dog as a pet is something unique and worth the effort and commitment because the rewards that they give is pure joy, at least that is how it was in my case with Rock and Lion.
Of all the pets in the world today only one have the distinction of being known as man's best friend, many of you have heard the term before, but how many of you know where it originated?
According to historical records the phrase 'man's best friend' was coined on the 28th October 1867 in a court of Law by a lawyer who was defending a man whose dog was shot by his neighbor.
He successfully defended the case and the man whose dog was shot was awarded $5 by the court, which at the time was a lot of money and a lot of money to be awarded for such a case.
The lawyer's final summation to the jury was so eloquent and compelling that the jury asked that the man be sent to prison, however, there was no precedent to the case so the judge could not send him to prison.
Because of the love for my two best friends I will attempt to recreate that summation, paraphrasing to the best of my memory. In my opinion the lawyer tried and succeeding in showing the comparison of human relationships to humans and to a dog's relationships humans.
Training Rottweiler Puppies: in defense of
It went like this, the closest friend to a man has turned against him and became his enemy, his son and daughter whom he raised and loved may become ungrateful.
The people he trusted may betray him, but there is one absolute truth which is that a dog is man's unselfish friend who will never betray him, never desert him, never be ungrateful and will always be a loyal friend.
A dog will stick by its' master whether he is rich or poor, sick or healthy unlike some people. A dog will sleep on cold concrete in the dead of winter just to be with his master. He will kiss the hand of the master that offers it no food and lick his wounds.
He will guard the sleep of his master that is poor as aggressively as if he was rich and while all others may desert his master he will always remain.
If the riches of the world would depart from his master he will remain loyal and if his reputation was in pieces his dog's love will be constant, never changing like the sun journeying across the heavens.
A dog will demand no special treatment or privilege other than to take the journey through life with his master.

why am I telling this story you might be wondering and it is not about Training Rottweiler Puppies?
My two best friends Rock and Lion recently passed away, Rock on December 31st and five days later Lion closed her eyes.
The vet said that they were suffering and that it should not continue, both are featured in the above video.
Days before they passed I saw the love, regret and helplessness in their eyes and felt my own helplessness.
Without the energy they were still loyal and willing to please and I saw the tears in their eyes because they knew they were leaving.
Training Rottweiler Puppies: the aim
The aim of this website is to educate potential owners and owners of these magnificent animals of the true inbuilt nature of these animals. We are firm believers that these majestic creatures were created not for pets, but to be loyal soldiers to defend and protect their masters and training rottweiler puppies should be for that purpose.
Evidence of this breeds character can be seen from the early 1900s and has shown that these dogs are working dogs .e.g. herding, protecting stock and even guarding money pouches tied around their necks. They were also used in various other services including being used as army dogs, as messengers, in the ambulance service, draught, as guard dogs and much more.
We LOVE our rottweilers and we want to spread that love to others and share our knowledge of these Loyal soldiers and why they were Breed in the first place. It was to be loyal, serve and protect their masters and Training Rottweiler Puppies the right way will produce exactly that.
